Two-component epoxy filler for high thicknesses with low specific weight for leveling on surfaces of boats in iron, aluminum or light alloys and concrete walls in general. Very flexible filler applicable in a single pass. Its low specific weight allows to contain the weight of the product applied on the painted artifact. Widely used in painting cycles for boats, it withstands high temperature changes with ease without problems of sagging, thickness drops or application difficulties. This filler is the result of in-depth research and testing in direct contact with professional applicators who have allowed us to develop this highly qualitative product.
SUPPORT PREPARATION AND APPLICATION CYCLE
Iron. Sandblast to SA 2.5. Apply a coat of EPOFOND AM/9 primer. After 12 hours, sand and apply EPOXY LIGHT FILLER NS and leave to dry for 24-48 hours. Apply PLAMUR FINISHER MDF if necessary, to obtain perfect leveling. Sand and proceed with the chosen finishing cycle.
Aluminum and light alloys. Mechanically remove the oxidized surface layer. Remove dust and residues from the surface and degrease with Thinner 765. Apply a coat of EPOFOND AM-9 primer. After 12 hours, apply EPOXY LIGHT FILLER NS, leaving to dry for 24-48 hours. Apply PLAMUR FINISHER MDF if necessary, to obtain perfect leveling. Sand and proceed with the chosen finishing cycle.
