Lightweight two-component epoxy filler for low-thickness finishing coats. A very fine finish is obtained which, after sanding, has a very smooth and uniform surface, ready for subsequent overpainting coats.
SUPPORT PREPARATION AND APPLICATION CYCLE
Iron. Sandblast to SA 2.5. Apply a coat of EPOFOND AM-9 primer and let dry. Sand and apply EPOXY LIGHT FILLER NS, letting dry for 24-48 hours. Apply PLAMUR FINISHER MDF to obtain perfect leveling. Sand and proceed with the chosen finishing cycle.
Aluminum-Fiberglass-Cement-Light alloys. Mechanically remove the oxidized surface layer. Remove dust and residues from the surface and degrease with Thinner 765. Apply a coat of EPOFOND AM-9 primer. After 12 hours apply EPOXY LIGHT FILLER NS leaving to dry for 24-48 hours. Apply PLAMUR FINISHER MDF to obtain perfect leveling. Sand and proceed with the chosen finishing cycle.
