UNIVERSAL ELECTRONIC LEVEL SENSOR FOR ANALOG AND DIGITAL FUEL INSTRUMENTS

The new UNIVERSAL capacitive level sensor is compatible with the resistive scale measuring instruments e/f STD (240/33 Ohm), type VDO (10/180 Ohm), type 300/10 Ohm and is adaptable to most of the instruments on the market. For example, to set in the VDO version just position the jumpers as in the instructions. The level sensor is equipped with an output for two alarms, which can be acoustic or visual, programmed at 20% (for empty alarm) and 80% (full alarm). The sensor has no float or moving parts, thus avoiding wear. It offers precision in measurement, reliability and quality. It has been designed to meet the demand for a precise, durable and easy to mount sensor. It has only two connection cables like a normal resistive sensor. The patented electronic system allows the sensor to be powered independently from the instrument, except for some exceptions of electronic control units where it can still be powered by the terminals provided. It can be connected to the measuring instrument in place of any other existing sensor without any particular precautions.
