With a high gloss finish, Propspeed is specially formulated to prevent marine growth from sticking to metal surfaces below the waterline. It is proven to increase boat efficiency, reduce breakage, and save fuel and maintenance costs. It features an exceptionally strong chemical and mechanical bond between the metal substrate, Etching Primer, and Clear Coat, ensuring Propspeed coating effectively adheres to the moving parts of your boat and delivers season after season.

Propspeed also reduces the risk of corrosion by electrically isolating the metal, as well as limiting the exchanges between the ions and gases contained in the water and the metal. In short, if a reaction cannot take place, there will be no corrosion!

The Propspeed system will be best used on propellers, shafts, struts, rudders, flaps, exchangers, bow and stern thrusters, engine powertrain, sail control units and other underwater metals.


IN THE KIT:

1 PROPCLEAN

The denatured alcohol in Propclean ensures the metal surface is completely free from contaminants. Propclean solution is pre-packaged with 4 wipes in the kit to make the job easier.

2 PROPPREP

Propprep is essential in the chemical preparation of the metal surface to be coated with Propspeed. Propprep solution is pre-packaged with a wipe to make the job easier.

Propspeed Etching Primer Base and Hardener

3a&b ETCHING PRIMER BASE & HARDENER

This kit contains 2× 240 ml Etching Primer Base and 2× 60 ml Etching Primer Hardener. The Etching Primer is the origin of the radiant gold color. Combined they are one of the best Etching Primers on the market. Best known for its persistent adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Propspeed Clear Coat 320ml can

4 CLEARCOAT

This kit contains 320ml of Clear Coat, a non-toxic coating that forms a super glossy outer layer that marine growth cannot adhere to, improving speed and reducing fuel costs.
