ChargeMaster Plus is the new generation of battery chargers that integrate multiple functions into one device. ChargeMaster Plus replaces auxiliary chargers, reducing system complexity and costs. Designed for versatility, it charges virtually any combination of two or three batteries quickly and safely, anywhere in the world.

With the new Battery's Best Friend architecture, the ChargeMaster Plus is able to charge countless battery types with different chemistries, sizes and voltages. All batteries are charged with the 3-stage+ method. Other unique features are:

• Revival mode: automatically restores batteries even when completely flat.
• Multi-voltage: Charges 12V starter batteries in a 24V system, without additional components (for 24V models only).
• Priority Charge: Directs available power to the lowest-charged battery for faster charging.
• Smart Input: Charge all three batteries from a single alternator on the go.

Global charge

The ChargeMaster Plus works with all voltages and frequencies in the world. It withstands large voltage fluctuations and high temperatures, to work in harsh conditions. For marine and mobile markets, the ChargeMaster Plus  complies with: CE, ABYC, UL, SAE, CEC/DOE and RCM/C-Tick.

Simplicity of the system

Nowadays, equipment must be easy to understand. The ChargeMaster Plus display clearly indicates the charging phase of all outputs. The connections are robust and ergonomic to reduce installation time. An integrated VSR eliminates additional components and charges the three batteries from the alternator.

Reliable communications with CZone integration

In modern applications, all electrical components work in harmony. The CAN-based MasterBus enables ChargeMaster Plus to communicate with displays, shunts and power systems, using communication standards such as CZone®, NMEA 2000 and CANopen (via additional interfaces).

Models with the CZone option not only support MasterBus, but also CZone and NMEA 2000 communications, without the need for additional interfaces. The ChargeMaster Plus series can be configured via MasterBus or via a CZone configuration file like any other CZone device. For other communication standards such as ModBus, CANopen or LinBus additional interfaces are required.

With this wide range of communication interfaces, the ChargeMaster Plus is ideal for system integration. In addition, the ChargeMaster Plus can function as a power supply for sensitive communication equipment, or during the construction phase of a vessel.
